Welcome to Unicrafting. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website unicrafting.com (the “Site”) and any purchases you make from Unicrafting (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our policies referenced below.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access the Site or place an order.

Unicrafting is a brand selling designer watches and related accessories.

  Please review these documents carefully. Where there is a conflict between those policies and these Terms, these Terms control unless stated otherwise.

• You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases on the Site (or the legal age in your jurisdiction).

• You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when creating an account and to keep that information up to date.

• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

• All orders placed on the Site are offers to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason (including product unavailability, suspected fraud, or errors in product information or pricing).

• After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not mean your order has been accepted. Your order is accepted when we send a separate shipping confirmation email.

• We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.

• We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product information (specifications, colors, sizes, prices). However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are complete or error free. Slight variations in color or finish may occur due to photography, monitor display, or natural material characteristics (particularly for wood dials).

• We may change product features, availability, or pricing without prior notice.

• Prices shown on the Site are in the currency displayed and exclude applicable taxes, customs duties, and shipping charges unless otherwise indicated.

• Payment is processed using third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. We do not store full card details; tokens are managed by the payment processor.

• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders if a pricing error is discovered.

• Shipping, delivery times, and costs depend on the product and shipping method. See our Shipping Policy for details.

• International buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs clearance charges unless we explicitly state otherwise. Delays caused by customs are outside our control.

• Returns and refunds are subject to our Refund & Returns Policy. See {link to /returns}.

• Watches include the warranty described on the product page (typically a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects). Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, battery replacement, accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.

For shipments from our US warehouse, title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery by the carrier. For dropshipped items from China or other origins, risk passes upon delivery by the carrier according to the applicable shipping terms shown at checkout. If you believe an item is lost or damaged in transit, contact us immediately at service@unicrafting.com.

• All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, product images, designs, trade dress, and software) is the property of Unicrafting or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

• You may view and print pages from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.

• If you submit reviews, photos, or other content (“User Content”), you grant Unicrafting a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable license to use, reproduce, display, modify, and distribute the User Content in connection with our business (including marketing and social media).

• You represent and warrant that you have the right to submit the User Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. We may remove User Content that violates these Terms.

When using the Site or our services you must not:

• Violate applicable laws or encourage illegal activity;

• Post, transmit, or distribute content that is offensive, infringing, defamatory, or harmful;

• Attempt to interfere with the Site’s security or operations;

• Use the Site to send spam or unsolicited messages.

• Disclaimer: The Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, except as expressly stated in product warranty information. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unicrafting disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unicrafting’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in question (or, if no purchase, $100). In no event will Unicrafting be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Unicrafting and its officers, directors, employees and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, breach of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or your account at any time for any reason (including suspected fraud or breach of these Terms) without prior notice. Termination does not limit any other rights or remedies available to Unicrafting.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of {Your Governing Law / State / Country} without regard to conflict of law rules.

• For disputes, please contact us at service@unicrafting.com first so we can attempt to resolve the issue. If we cannot resolve the dispute, you and Unicrafting agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in {Your Jurisdiction} (or, if preferred, you can propose arbitration — choose your dispute mechanism here). Note: consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction may give you additional rights that cannot be waived.

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on the Site with the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
