Refund Policy
Return window
You may return most new, unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days from the date you received the order for a refund or exchange (unless a different period is stated on the product page). After 30 days we cannot offer a refund (except where required by law).
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, undamaged, unwashed, with original tags, accessories, and packaging.

For watches: include the original box, warranty card, and any authenticity/serial cards.

For pet products: return in original packaging with all parts and accessories.

Customized or personalized items and opened consumable hygiene items (if any) are not eligible for return unless defective.
Defective, Wrong, or Damaged Items
If your item is defective, damaged in transit, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with photos and order details:

We will evaluate the case and — if confirmed — provide a prepaid return label (for US domestic orders) or instructions to return the item. Defective or incorrect items will be replaced, repaired, or refunded (including original shipping costs) at our discretion.
Change of mind / buyer’s remorse
If you simply changed your mind, you may return eligible items within 30 days. Return shipping costs and any import duties or taxes for international returns are the buyer’s responsibility. Original outbound shipping fees are not refundable unless the item was faulty.
Exchanges
We can exchange items for the same product (different color/strap) if stock is available. For exchanges, follow the return procedure; once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the replacement. You may be charged or refunded the price difference if the replacement has a different cost.
Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 1-3 business days.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Refunds do not include original outbound shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product). International duties and taxes are not refunded by Unicrafting.
Returned packages lost in transit
If a returned package is lost in transit, please provide the tracking number and proof of postage to service@unicrafting.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate; if tracking shows delivery, we will process according to the inspection outcome. We recommend using insured, trackable shipping for returns.
Warranty & Repairs
All watches include a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects (see product warranty card for details). Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental damage, or misuse. For repair or warranty service, contact service@unicrafting.com with order and issue details; we will provide instructions for repair, replacement, or warranty service.
International returns & duties
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs, duties, and taxes unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective item. When returning internationally, please declare the correct item value and mark the shipment according to your carrier’s requirements.
Non-refundable fees & exceptions

We do not refund customs duties or taxes once paid to customs authorities.

We may withhold a portion of the refund if the returned item shows significant use or damage beyond normal inspection for returns.

If an item is returned without an RMA or to the wrong address, processing may be delayed.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, contact us immediately at service@unicrafting.com. If the order has not shipped, we can cancel and refund in full. If the order has shipped, please follow the normal returns process.
