Shipping Policy

Order processing time

  • General processing: We process and pack orders within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Peak periods: During product launches, sales, or holidays, processing may take longer. We will notify you by email if your order’s processing time is extended.

Shipping methods, transit times & costs

  • Fulfillment location: Shipped directly from our manufacturing/fulfillment partner in China/ Hong Kong/ U.S

  • Processing time (before shipment): 2–5 business days for quality check and hand-packaging.

  • Standard international shipping: 7–15 business days (may be longer depending on destination and customs).

  • Expedited international shipping: 4–7 business days (additional fee).

  • Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout; options will show by destination and preferred speed.

  • Free shipping promotion: Free standard shipping on watch orders over $80 (if applicable/promoted; check checkout for current offers).

Note: For watches, we may offer occasional local/warehouse fulfillment for select SKUs — delivery times will reflect the selected shipping origin on the product/checkout page.

Customs, duties & import taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer (recipient), unless otherwise stated.

  • We do not control customs processes and cannot predict what these charges will be. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

  • For some regions we may offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) at checkout — where duties are prepaid and included in the shipping cost. If DDP is available it will be shown when you checkout.

Shipping & tracking

  • Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier information. Tracking updates usually appear within 12–24 hours from carrier pickup.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update in the carrier’s system.

  • If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of purchase, contact us at service@unicrafting.com.

Signature & insured delivery (high-value orders)

High-value orders (including many watch orders) may require a signature upon delivery and will be shipped with recommended insurance. This reduces the risk of loss or theft. If a recipient is not available, carriers usually leave a pickup notice—please follow carrier instructions.

Lost, damaged, or delayed shipments

  • Damaged on arrival: If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the package and the product and email info@unicrafting.com within 7 calendar days of delivery. We will assist with a replacement or refund after verification.

  • Lost packages / not delivered: If tracking shows a shipment as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier. We may require a signed proof of delivery from the carrier.

  • Delays: Transit delays occasionally occur due to weather, customs inspection, or carrier issues. We are not responsible for delays outside our control, but we will help coordinate with the carrier and update you.

Returns for international orders & shipping cost responsibility

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). For international returns, the customer is responsible for customs clearance, taxes, and return postage unless otherwise agreed. See our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.

Address changes & failed deliveries

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. If you need to change your address after placing an order, contact service@unicrafting.com immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been packed or shipped.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, additional reshipment costs will apply.

PO Boxes & APO/FPO

  • For security and carrier limitations, some expedited shipping options may not be available to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses; standard international small-packet services may be used instead.
