All checkout pages use industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption to protect your information in transit. Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal — we never store your full card number on our servers.

We accept major credit/debit cards via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx), Apple Pay & Google Pay (when available), and PayPal. You’ll see all available options at checkout depending on your device and country.

Stripe uses tokenization and is PCI-DSS compliant. That means card numbers are exchanged for a token and never stored on our servers. Stripe also supports 3-D Secure (additional authentication) for added protection.

Yes. PayPal processes payments independently and offers buyer protection for eligible purchases. If you prefer PayPal’s checkout flow, select PayPal at checkout — you will be redirected to PayPal to complete payment.

We only store a payment token (not your card number) if you choose to “save card for faster checkout.” That token is stored securely by Stripe. You can remove saved payment methods from your account at any time.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once we process a refund, most banks/posting systems show the credit in 3–10 business days, depending on the provider. We’ll email you a confirmation when the refund is issued.

Common fixes: check that billing address matches your bank records, try a different card, try PayPal, or use Apple/Google Pay. If the issue persists, contact your bank (sometimes they block unfamiliar merchants) or contact us and we’ll help troubleshoot.

We monitor orders with automated fraud-prevention tools and manual reviews for suspicious activity. For high-value orders we may request an ID or additional verification. If you have an issue with a charge, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly — filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay refunds.
